How about moving the Chat link to the top of the page instead of the bottom. Maybe this will lure more people to it. Just a suggestion.

I posted the same thing a few months ago. Couldn't find the link and it was right there in front of me...

Most people look to the left of the screen and ignore the right....maybe it would be better to move it to the left?
