I picked up 3- 700mah 2s life Rx packs that dont have a balance lead, they just have a JR plug......can i charge them with just the JR plug? Help!! Thanks!

You can if your charger allows it. Not best case, but.

What brand are the packs? Some had built in balancers years ago but it’s been awhile since I’ve seen any.

Yes you can charge them, but still use the LiFe setting.

yep sure can
To test this, years ago (About 16 or do) I took a set of Flightpower packs (3s2200) and and flew them an entire summer without balance charging. In the end I never lost a pack, they still charge and balance.. they are not puffed.. (I still have them)
Grim (yes.. i understand they were Lipos) same lesson however.
