Character Reference help please

Guys, I have been burnt one to many times now on the internet so I am going to start asking for character refernces before I buy from people I do not know. Can someone vouch for Jay Stolz, 51 Dickens Rd., Spring Arbor, Mi 49283. He has been an IW mmember since 2005 and is 60+ years old. MOs likely a great guy. Looking to buy a 7.5 engine from him.
