Can't Find Rubber Wading Boots

Is there a rubber shortage?? Am I crazy? I can't seem to locate the plain black or olive green rubber boots anywhere. I see "designer" boots online for $100, but where is everyone getting the plain ones from?

Thanks for the leads, I will look into them. I tried Lowes, Home Depot, OSH, ****'s Sporting Goods, Sports Authority, all of which had nothing locally!

Surprised Lowes by you doesnt carry them because we have alot here, did you look in the tool dept. because thats where they are kept.
