Just the incumbent President trolling a weak, ineffective, low IQ Canadian Prime Minister ahead of a pending trade negotiation.

He won't be able to play that game with Poilievre, he'll see right through it and has already pointed out that it's in both of our best interests to be equal trading partners, we have abundant natural resources that America needs and America has the markets and military strength we need.
