building baw 21 sport shovel nose

Hi, I'm sorry for my english but I'm italian. I saw the project and I'd like to build the baw 21 sport with my friends... is there anyone who can give me advice about it?

I've got a 12 cell motor and I don't know if it will work with them... I've never built an r/c boat so I don't know which material to use!
