just got my spring tool in the mail today, bob made me this with a heavier wire to try on my quickdraw header springs. oh wow , sooo much easier to install header springs now!. been using needlenose pliers for years now and much safer to work with now. well worth the price, very well made. thanks bob

Wow! As a newbie I've been looking and reading to learn as much as I can by reading the what's, why's, and how's and what I may need for tools and the like. Lo and behold, a tool I made about 40 years ago to deal with clutch springs on my motocross bikes when I was ~20. HA! Was a life (or finger) saver back then, and apparently now as well! One tool down, a million to go over time . . .
