Phil, I already wrote up a little article on the show. To me, there wasn't a whole lot going on this year for boat products but it could have been worse, we could have been R/C car fans!
It looks like K&B has another new 7.5 OB motor not coming out. Sorry, I didn't get a shot of it. It is like the 3.5 SS version but with a weird colored square water-cooled head. I didn't get that much of a chance to see it as someone else was pawing at it. Danvo wasn't there this year which was a surprise, he's been there for years first with a tiny booth begging people to buy his boats then moving up to a double-sized spot the last few years selling a lot of his electric kits.
I was dragging 2 kids around, Eric and one of his friends that went along that had gotten into the show before me. There weren't too many boats on display Friday. I checked the www.toledoshow.com site last night for the winners list but it hadn't been posted yet. Mark McCray entered his new 1/8 scale boat so I wanted to see how he did. I didn't run into too many other boaters there, Tony Jacuzzi was one of the few that I saw.
Look in the Int'l. Waters Gallery for some of the shots that I took, either under my name or Keyword Toledo 2005. I have a few more shots that I can put in there.
