Best Prop for Eagle w/CMB101RS

Anybody have suggestions for good props for Eagle SG with 3 ride pads in rear CMB101RS powered.

If the video is at real speed, you are running under 10 sec's per lap. Looks good to me and turns well.

You could try this one. CC3. link Ran high 90's in heat trim several laps in a row on a very similar set-up.

You can also try a 1667 pitched up to 5.6" to 6.0", or H31 pitched up to same.

You will try V967/3 fastest over 95mph another ABC H-50 cup 6.3" about 80-90 mph another Hardly find ABC S-30 really fastest over 100mph Good Luck!

Thanks for all the suggestions. The boat engine combo has seemed to realy like big gas props for some reason a Mark Shouland 2916 really flew. I will likely give a 1667 a try again. Last time it sorta ran out of steam at less than 75mph. More cup and/or pitch maybe.

Pipe is a Mac 1395 run pretty long so there is likely something to be gained there also.?????

We have been playing with a better set up recently.

I will let you know the test results after this weekends races.

That 2716 needs some more tip pitch added to keep the back

of the boat hooked up better in the rough water. This will

also help the roostertail lay down more and reduce the thrust

cone for better propeller efficency. Pipe needs to come in more.

[Buckshot]

An Octura 1475 @68mm w/5.8" with that combo is hard to beat. It lets the boat and motor do its thing without all the ill handling from oversized gas props. Next in line is a good ol' fashion 1667 w/5.8”.
