The annual Turkey Shoot Race is being held October 4th at the Badger Pond in Somers, WI. 60 miles North of Chicago.

Registration is open on RCRACINGEVENTS.com

This will be the final race hosted by the Badgers this year.

We will have open water from noon to 5pm on Saturday 10/3.

Saturday Night Prime Rib at one of our local eateries is worth the trip in itself.

Thanks,

Duke

reminder: Last race of season for badgers is only 2 weeks away. Register at rcracingevents.com.

Guys (and gals),

Get registered and come out to this last Badgers' race of the season. These guys put on a great race and their pond is beautiful, with an elevated driver's stand, close by pitting, and they usually have great food provided by a local motorcycle club. Plus, this is the last race of the District 4 High Points Series, and prizes will be awarded to the winners at this race!

And... Saturday night's prime rib at a local restaurant/bar establishment is to die for!

C'mon out!

-Jeff

The Turkey shoot is growing fast. Early weather forecast looks great. Come out and lets have one last great time racing for the season in northern district 4

Somehow, the Buoy Boys of the Marquette Club became "Skiffless in St. Anne" this weekend.

George A. is a new member of the Skiffers.

There is now 10 or so boats in D4 for the 2016 season. This class was non-existent here 2 years ago. Good Job Skiffers!

Couple more days, but you can always walk in if there is 3 boats or more already in the class. Open class entries always welcome-no minimum # of boats.

All boats will run and there may be some classes combined-if racer approved.

If you are thinking on coming but not sure, enter now and pay at the race. If you cant make it, just let me know. No sweat. Easier on race day to scratch someone than to add.

We want to have our heats setup and heat sheets printed for everyone to make sure we get 3 rounds of racing in.

Its the Turkey Shoot Race. We are here for the fun factor at his race.

Duke - the MVP of the Badger Club.

Thanks to all the racers that travel and race with us.

Some of us are officially entering the "Build Season".

Which Gas boat to build next?

Doug

Thanks Badger club for a great day of racing and some unforgettable Saturday night fun. What's that class club again?

I had a hard time at work knowing all my friends were out burning fuel and racing, and falling asleep at dinner. Lol. I'm sad I missed this one! I vote gas rigger!!!!!
