Has anyone tried them? How they compare to the 1667? Any results from those who tested them?

Well at least in my experiences a very fast 67 hydro prop IF you can push it, a decent 80/84 hydro prop but not my top choice for 80's, favorite is still the 1667. B)

i ran one on my 67 oval [sg] boat at the 2 lap oval record trails in Australia,

set Australia's fastest 2 lap oval speed, which still stands in 2002 17.91 sec

I have ran them in the past on the 80 motors.. the pitch progression is much closer than say a 1667 and imoa doesn't have the rpm of a 1667.. they are smaller in dia and from what i have found load the motor more. they work ok though.. might try them on the 80's for the twin.. just sharpen and balance and run.. no pitch to start with

the main thing i didn't like about them is that they are not as smooth in race water as a 1667 due to blade dia.
