Great Job Ray B) Was that the new boat or GammaRay ??

It's getting late, them Smock boys ought to be home by now-LOL ...

Someone will have to post the final rundown, but I can speak for myself having broken 2 records..

I hit 50mph with a BBY micro hydro with get this.. a 19-turn brushed motor!!!

I also bumped O-1 mono..

I'd like to thank everyone who attended, it was a complete blast!

Sorry Bill Tripp, I had to stick around and take my record back  B)

You slapped it right out of my hands with that screamin' little hydro of yours..

Good game! You made me WORK

Chris Harris hit 93mph with an ETTI marine speedo (WOW!) N-2 hydro

Ken Haines and Mike Martin hooked me up with a table, power, cold drinks, and a barrel of laughs..

Thanx Boys!

Doug and Casey Smock put me on deck with power on day 3 when I needed it Thanx!

Felt lucky all weekend that Mr. Harris throws this event

I'd like to thank Mr. Randy Naylor of BBY Racing for his endless support and advice

Micros that blast over 50? pretty sweet..

Sunday was an EXCELLENT SAWS water day, lots of flat time, very relaxed, but concise and determined atmosphere..

Doug Smock came alive near the end of the day and screamed an 8-s mono to a BLISTERING speed of 88mph!!!!

Lots of textbook passes, the thing sounded like a 747 screaming by..

So much hot stuff went on down there its a pitty..

70mph N-2? Looked almost like a figment of my imagination.. Those guys did phenominal..

Things were textbook down there..

If you want to be ENTERTAINED by electric boats, swing by the next SAWS event.. You won't be dissappointed..

-Peace!

Yes sir! Wilmers O-1 boats were ripping!!

Dads mono pass of 88 was not only AMAZING but was the prettiest mono run i have ever seen! Perfect run. Congrats dad!

I lost my N2 record.

Rick Workman set the bar high running a 3.2xx and set the record at 68.xxmph. The closest i could get was a 3.3xx running 67.xxmph. I ran outta time and water.

He had me workin my butt off.

Ill be back next year to get her back...

Great weekend. Could ask for nicer weather. I had a blast helping out and running the clock.....

Cograts to every one!

Ray that record of yours was long overdue!

Dad and Chris-Great job as always. Those are some pretty running boats.

Mike and Ken congrats on the 100+mph T-hydro!! Thats a small club!!

I know it was weeks ago, but I just had a flashback of day 3

Hardcore in traditional Valdosta SAWS fashion.. Guys were hungry for that magic pass, and refused to leave (including me) until the lights were took down

I like that about SAWS events, the water and our boats have a way of saving the best for last..

It proved worth it for most of us too, REAL fast passes got trapped (mine wasn't that fast :p ) and that's how the west was won.. Or was it the south LoL

If you haven't heard, Blue Lake water is arguably one of the fastest in the circuit, its worth the trip..

"I'll be back" as Schwarzenegger says..

Just when I thought I was over her (blue Lake), those memories came crashing through when I saw her face as the Georgia morning fog parted ways..

I hope Chris is able to run the event in the spring, so I can pirsue the relationship I've re-kindled with Blue Lake..

I wish I lived on a property like that.. Any boater who does is someone I'm jealous of..
