Another Machining Tool Source Question - ER32 Collet Holder w/ MT3?

Another quick question for you machining experts out there.

I need to get a new collet chuck/holder for my Mini Mill... It needs to be an ER32 with MT3.

I can get one from The Little Machine Shop for $69.95...

I found several that look similar on Ebay for around $25.00, but they are all from China. (actually shipped from Hong Kong).

I guess my question is... Am I getting the same quality from the Ebay pieces as from The Little Machine Shop??

A second question would be: Are there other sources for these parts you'd recommend??

I'm placing an order with The Little Machine Shop tomorrow to get the parts I need to fix my Mill, so I may or may not include the Collet Holder, depending on the responses here.
