Thanks! :)

Did I mention it's got a great paintjob too. Very easy to see and expertly done (that means I didn't do it ;D).

regarding Headrc:

Sometimes I think that guy going out of his way to give the boating community a bad reputation. Just about everyone else I know in the boating community is helpful, straightforward and interested in fostering good competition with the new boaters and veterans alike.

hhmmmm.......

sweet AM Sprint Cat, awesome paint job, tons of extras, selling for 850-950 range- good deal and honest seller.

piece of junk boat, stripped of everything valuable, "only needs a few things to run", "record-setter", starting price at retail price for the same thing new- Ebay special deal, Roostertailz as seller!!

if i was looking for a used boat, I wonder which id choose!!

;D ;D :D

btw kevin,

have you had a chance to come down to Chesapeake for a race?? wait till you see my new baby makin' it's first appearance there next race- B mono, here i come!! :) :)

I have been to Greenbriar High School a few times before, but it’s been almost a year. I’ll try to show up again sometime soon. I was going to go for the race on the 25th last month but my Honey-do list got too long. Even though I live in Virginia Beach, I’m usually at my place my place on the river in Gloucester (especially when the weather is good) so the drive is about 1 and a half hours.

I’ll try to show up next weekend (provided the weather cooperates). I’m looking forward to meeting you,

kevin,

the next race is the 29th at Indian River High School....though i think some of the guys who actually live in chesapeake go out there every weekend. i'll be there with both of my boats, looking forward to meeting you too, i think we'll be racing each other!! did you get in touch with Joe Roberts or Larry Hibberts? if so, did they tell you about the "all pipes muffled" policy? everyone's gotta have a muffler on thier pipe [or use a quiet pipe], though i think they'll let you race without one the first time. im sure Mike'll be there with his big bag o' mufflers, if he doesnt have on that fits your pipe he can measure it and make on ASAP.

Joe,

Earlier this year, I went ahead and purchased a bunch of silencers from Joe Monahan at 707 specialties. I've found that those opposing cone silencers work extremely well on 21 engines. I was surprised to find that they add considerable back-pressure to a motor when it's installed. I ended up opening the stinger diameter to compensate.

I've been in touch with Joe Roberts, who gave me the complete scoop on what I need to do to race there.

I'll try to show up Indian River High on the 29th.

Hope to see you then,

awesome!

bring it on!! :) 8)

oh yea, and to bring this thread back on topic- good luck selling that boat, may the snipers snipe high!
