Aluminum boom tube material

Does anyone know a good source to get aluminium tube to make outrigger booms, I'm looking for some material to make a set of twin 90 booms

I use " Online Metals " exclusively for any metal purchases. reasonable and any quantity.

If you have a metal supply dealer near by they will have it and you may find they have end cutoffs that go for cheap.

K&S metals has various sizes of alum tube. !2" lengths also 36". Tower Hobbies stock them. Takes a little searching on K&S listings. Also some hardware stores stock it.

Shane, I'm not sure of the name but the is an aero al supplier in melb somewhere with a good range of telescoping tube stock I'm told . I will find out more info

are you using the T3 or T6 alu tubes, from Airport metals, I'm having trouble finding sizes that telescope inside each other, to make a set of twin 90 booms
