Inlet is approx 11/16th and the outlet is approx. 7/16th

Those measurements are too large for the 3280 which is :

inlet 9/16"

outlet 5/16"

with a length of 3-7/8" from the weld to the rear

and 7-3/16 from weld to front for a total 11-1/16th
