Airtronics MX-3

I consider buying an Airtronics MX-3 transmitter/receiver package for heatracing.

Since Airtronics is not a common brand in Norway, I hope some of you can share any experience you have with this product.

Will this radio do the job on the pond, or will Hitec or Futaba gear be a better choice?

Is it possible to use the third channel for the meetring adjustment?

The third channel is not proportional (one position or the other, nothing in between) so it will not work for adjusting a fuel needle.

Ok theres away around the third channel not being proportional heres the trick use the end point adjustment for the third channel its better than my M8 as your - or + is right above your thumb on the M8 its a rotary knob way out of the way.Works like a dream and is very fine from 0 to 150 percent.i would recomend it as there around 100 bucks with one servo it has the same receiver as the M8.
