Does anyone have a better way to contact this company besides the 302-628-3944 or [email protected]??

Good product, but has room to be better with customer service. I ordered items 3 weeks ago and have left several voicemails/emails to see what the status is. This happened the last time I ordered, lesson learned (just buy from a dealer that answers emails or a phone)

Hey Curtis,

You have the same number and email as me, but maybe a letter to:22762 Sussex Hwy

Seaford, Del.

19973

May bring some results?? Good Luck!!

Later!!

Pat

Curtis,

What do? Or did you need? There are a lot of good dealers on this message board

willing to help us all out.

Just trying to help,

Mark Sholund

I appreciate the info, finally got a gentleman and after telling him I've left 5 messages, 4 emails and couple messages from his website....sort of sorry after 3 1/2 weeks. He supposedly has shipped, but luckily I've now purchased most of what I needed from a dealer that knows what emcommerce/retail is. I know they have helped support the RC boats for many years and I own a business so I know how busy things get, but no excuse for not answering a phone or email. Claimed to get me a tracking mid yesterday and still hasn't sent, but will probably just send most of it back and hopefully I'll get the refund by 2016?

LATEST UPDATE...........ONE MONTH AND NO BETTER THAN I WAS. I'm praying they didn't have a death in the family or they went out of business.......that would be the only reason to not return a 8 calls, 5 emails, and 3 web responses.

You're not alone, I ordered a few collets and flex shafts back in I believe late March.

I received the cables about 3 weeks later, and a note on the invoice that said the collets would ship when available. Luckily another club member had a collet that I borrowed to get me to the race that weekend.

Luckily, Mr. Brandt was super helpful and got me some shafts in time for that race as well. I greatly appreciate it Bill!

GREAT NEWS Troy told me REMY and company are all healthy and still in business.......just very poor customer service.

They are refunding and I'll just buy from Bill Brandt to fulfill what I need and never buy Aeros products after that. He's done a ton for RC, but needs to work on talking skills.

Ready to race now.

I guess I should have read this first. I am well into trying to contact Aeromarine the sent my order missing parts they said were shipped no I can't get a responce
