aeromarine boats and ops engines, good, bad?

how do aeromarine boats stack up to the others in racing, .21 hydro, .45 hydro, 3.5 tunnel?

what about .45 ops compared to macs, piccos, rossi?

my dad wants the aeromarine .45 hydro and ops .45 and i want the .21 hydro

I'd go with the Aeromarine 36'' Sprint Cat and the OPS 67 engine. Great combo. I have run the OPS 45 in the Sprint Cat and it is alright however the 67 seems to be better suited.

Also, if you decide to race, you can enter this combo in the Offshore Class.

Aeromarine's hulls are a blast and OPS motors are very reliable. I think you and your dad will be very happy.

hey not2bright, areomarine boats and ops engines do very well, over here on the east coast where I race I have a sport 21 and an ops engine that are a good combo. Most of the guys in this class run the 33'' version of the aeromarine sportX. they do well. if your interested I have an ops 21 for sale,email me.

I've raced & been a distributor for Aeromarine hulls for years. Great stuff! I'm putting the finishing touches on my new 90 Sprincat, my personal favorite Aeromarine hull! B)

I'm re-building an older .21 Jesse James hull. Nope not the Popeye! These are a rare find. So far, here's the break down. New PPG Candy red and Candy Blue 4 coats PPG clear coat, Looks Sharp!

CMB .21 Green Head LS, modified by Ackerman w/an Irwin Pipe. Hooked up to a square drive, polished strut and rudder. This is for my daughter to race this year in the Kids-R-Boaters-Too class.

Wish I had the cowl for this bad boy! LOL

I spoke w/Remy. He said that that particular mold was lost during their fire. He said that many of his favorite molds were burnt or damaged. He also stopped making the Popeye decals. I was so desperate for ONE Popeye face decal that he scrounged around and found one. Even sent them to me free of charge. Those stickers were my favorite especially since I'm a Popeye fan & Love "Popeye's famous Chicken & Biscuits" LOL

You will be happy with an OPS engine and Aeromarine hull .The engine never goes obsolete you can get parts for a twentyyear old engine and the quality and service from Remey can't be beat.
