Adding Clutch to Hydro

Ok, since I am a newbie I can ask stupid questions right? I just bought a Miss Circus Circus wood kit that i will be building this winter and was wondering if anyone has ever added a centrifical clutch to a nitro engine in a hydro. Engine being an OPS .80. I was thinking like a beefed up version of a nitro car clutch. I have access to tig welders, lathes and mill. Just a thought...............................

There used to be a man that made a clutch for the OPS 67, tough looking piece of hardware, IIRC it never worked out, because of the amount of slip the clutch had to have, it ended up melting down rather quickly, and it slowed the boat down (clutch slip)
