ABC Propeller News Update

Boaters,

I was talking with one of my propeller suppliers today and he is just full

of good information. ABC will be coming out with some new four-bladed

propellers and a 1717 for the 21 Hydro guys also. Quite a bit of new

information is starting to filter in on modifications for the newer ABC

Propellers. There has been some sizable gains in speed and handling

with the newer blades from ABC. The newer four-bladed propellers will

be for the mono and gas boat applications. I will try to keep you guys updated

on anymore news from ABC Propellers.

Hi Mark

Could you please tell me what is a good prop for .21 saw rigger.

My experience with .21 is in heat racing and I'm turning 1450(46mm cup 3.5)

I'm thinking to start a new project but would like to see a short cut on this input.

Hi Gil

A good prop for a 21 hydro is the 1716 or the 1718. This is the two props that I"am running on my 21 blackjack

There are many for Str.Aways. I would start with a S-15,V-940/3,V-947/3,

2050,2047,and 2.0. Gill, there are many that work well, but these are just

a few that we have tried recently. Of course you can try some 2160's cut

way down or many other 45 props reduced down to under 2".
