A round of guess this hull

Picked this hull up about 2 years ago was wondering who made it it is 31 3/4 long x 13 3/8 wide, very clean lay up, vacum bagged ? carbon fiber bottom? thanks for the help see pics JWB

Prather 32" Racing tunnel. The tag on the box also says it fits a Lap Cat II
