I found what after some research, I discovered is a military "Challenge Coin" -
It was presented to someone who served in Operation Enduring Freedom (normally by a General or high ranker) and I would really like to find its owner or at least that persons family and return it. Its dated 1/14 to 6/14 so its someone that just returned to the Tampa area recently or a family member. If anyone can chime in on how to track this soldier down it would be appreciated- It has the persons first initial and last name and the Bargram afb engraved on the back.
