Two of them here in Knoxville. Nope, not enough room for twin engines. The boat is nicely built just like all other AC Models. Are you thinking about moving into the "Dark Side". B)

Sure would love to pak 2 RS91s into it. Great looking Hull .... GAS...... is for running the generator. So I can see the Nitro Boats

Stryker makes a wide version of the F-41. It has the space for twin 91's!!!

As MathewW is running a R42 with a CMB35 gasengine ,

there MUST be room for to RS91(100)'s .

Right and Left engine-flanges together on a 'middle-bar' resting on silent-blocks ,

makes a 140mm / 5 1/2" wide total engine .

Outer Left and Right flanges on supports like on picture ,

makes a total of 160mm / 6.3" wide engine set-up.

If I was going to do a twin nitro cat I'd go with the Aeromarine Conquest & have them put twin rails in it when they make it. B)

I have questioned remy @ Aeromarine about stuffing twin engines into a Conquest, He says it will Not work. Says the tunnel is not wide enough. Who builds the wide F41?

Huh? The tunnel is 8.75" wide, that two 4" mounts and three 1/4" rails. The 42" Sprintcat is available with rails for a twin 67/80 set up (part on. #1116) and that tunnel is a little narrower.

Don I beleive the Top of the boat hangs back over into the tunnel alot on that boat?? I bought one. But sold it after finding out it was not going to be a TWIN CAT

I've run several of their boats, you can try the wide cat, but it kind of looks like a cartoon, I think that it was made for the homelite engines back in the day. I'd go to the Insane cat if you only want to use 1 big nitro motor. I've got an Insane that I've run with an 84 Mac that was very good. You ought to give some thought to a couple 90's in a gas size sport hydro, I've got one on the shelf with those plans for it one day.

insane

i tried to order a twin cyclone from aeromarine, wouldn't do it, the only cat they would do for me in a twin was a 50inch pro cat. pro_cat.JPG (3

..Have you bought from these people before? How is the Lead time on getting a F41 Boat?
I ordered an F-41 a year and a half ago and got it in less than a month. It will depend on how busy Rico is.

But if it were me I'd get the R-42, a much better-made boat (and you pay for that). I have one - not built yet - and I really like the sponson and tunnel design. I believe it will be a better turning boat, and the gas-powered ones have shown to be very fast.

Hello from Australia .

Earlier in the year , I ordered through the Australian dealer / agent a 45 " Cyclone 3 step tunnel set up for twin glow motors - planning on using 2 OPS 80 motors . It arrived about 2 - 3 months later and has 3 engine rails glassed into it . The only difference from a regular order was my request for a all yellow boat . So they are available . Get in contact with Remi or 1 of his dealers and ask again .
