Hi all,

I just wanted to say thanks to everyone who sent well wishes for me during my heart attack ordeal. I'm in rehab right now and hope to be making saw dust in the shop before long.

Thanks again to all.

Harold,

Glad to hear that you are doing well. It's been a long time since I've last seen you ( Atlanta race quite a few years ago! ) but it's good to hear that the wood chips will be flying soon.

Take care,

Dick Tyndall

Harold,

I am glad you are doing better. I was just about to post asking if anyone knew how you were doing. Hope to see you at the races soon.

Hi mate - very glad to hear you are up and around again. It would take more than a little heart attack to stop someone who eats as many frogs legs as you do.

Looking forward to catching up in July, will you be going to Florida for the NAMBA nats? If not I will have to make my way to your place for a day or two.

Talk to you later.

Bill Annabel.

Harold , glad to see your feeling better . I am enjoying one of your gas hydros I bought from Norm Shanley , fine running boat ! Get well buddy !! Tom Foley .

I'm happy to hear that you're back up and at it. Stay on your Meds, especially if you're on Toprol XL. I've taken a few of them, most are blood thinners so expect a lot of dizziness so be really careful in the shop.

Rehab, I didn't really care for it but the wife did as I finally started to grow some butt cheeks! Lots of treadmill time. They can have those stationary bikes though, I was getting dumb down there from the seat not being positioned correctly.

Hey Harold....I have a suggestion that may help. While you are in therapy exercise your throttle trigger finger also. You do not want to cramp up in the middle of a race. Take care and God Bless!

Hey just want to let you guys out there know that I got to see Harold at the Baton Rouge race this morning, said he was tired of being in the house so his son drove him to the race to visit with his freinds. I gotta say Harold looks great, said he is still a little week but he's getting there.

Anyone that raced Mr. Harrold knows that trigger finger is plenty strong. I thought I saw the tongue hanging out of his transmitter after one heat.

That finger next to it is pretty strong too if you make him mad at you. :)

Glad to see you're back.

Good that your out of the hospital.

I do hope that all the emails from the guys here helped you.

And: take one step at a time.

Good luck on your further recovery.

Ronald.
