Marty and Mike,

A big thanks to you two for sharing the test pond and retrieve boat today. You're a big help to this washed up haz been - I finally got two boats wet, they ran better than anticipated, and no re-assembly required! And it was good seeing the rest of the gang. I think the Woods' are making progress, too.

Plan to return again next week.

Cedar Rapids has a great group of guys! I very much enjoy running with them! It's a two and a half hour drive for me but it's always well worth the drive!

Hey Doc, it is located north end of Cedar Rapids at Robbins Lake Park on Ellis Trail just off Edgewood Drive. Good parking and launch area and the lake has plenty of room, even for an SST twin! They're usually there each Sunday from 9 AM through the afternoon. As I recall you were originally from the CR area.

Yeah... thank you guys for coming.... along Butch' lines.... its great to have bars to look for and seek.. Wally... you didnt miss a lick... sport boat was prettttty smooth... now... race it! It's.. just a group of guys getting together and hopefully honing race hulls for testing... we do what we can... the hobby and the friends helped me through the years... thats where its at... every sunday for 15 yrs...
