Has anyone built this in 1/8? Did you use ML kit, or plans and who supplied the cowling?
I believe I can use the 89/90 Circus hull kit from ML add mods(tiplets)) ect...
There was a guy on here ( IW ) that had cowls for sale for this boat he made it from 3 different cowlings from RC boat company to get the scale look, 1 was a Circus cowl, Exide cowl and 1 other one to make a complete cowling for this boat . He hasn’t been on the site for a while so not sure if he still has them.

Thanks Mike.

That is not really the exide cowl thou. Not sure how he would use it. I see how you could think that. The scoop it shorter and skinnier than the U-9 exide. It looks more like the 93 oberto cowl than anything. Check it out here. SG700C | My Site They all would need modifing. Just better to build a plug and then mold. I know a guy. LOL

OH yeah, that is the 8401 kit by the way from ml for what your trying to do.
