This is an old style battery charger for the Nicad 4-Cell batteries with 6-Leads & 2-Leads for Transmitters. It can be used as a fast charge or slow charge system. It works off various beeps to determine if the batteries have a full charge, needing charging, & combinations of plugging each battery in & out to put it on slow or fast charge. I can explain how it works some more if purchased.
