7.5 k&b outboard Problems

I have a 7.5 k&b aircooled outboard I put a new carb on it(stock) now it will not draw fuel. it has a hopper tank it will come out of the tank and go as far as the remote needle but will not go to the carb. somebody PLEASE help me I have done every thing I can think of. It does start if I blow in the pressure line and put fuel to the carb but just till fuel in line is gone.

Make sure the needle is clear of trash, and start 3 1/2 turns out. Put a one-way valve in the pressure line to help that old red head maintain tank pressure, (arrow pointing toward the tank). Get that hopper tank as high under your cowling as you can, buy placing something to fill the space between your regular tank and this hopper tank. Unless that piston/sleeve is totally worn out, you should be all set. Give us an update after you run it.

It acts like it is not getting any pressure at all it still has good compressed.
