Hi Guys,

Hate to sell it, but.............

44" WOF "Solution" Built by Mark Scott the OB Nut. never been in the water.

It's complete and all set up except for installing the throttle cable. Needs Paint.

Has a new HI Tech 605BB 1/4 scale steering servo, 2 good used futaba servos for throttle and 3rd needle, a new 5 cell NICad rx battery pack, new K&B remote 3rd channel needle, new fuel tanks.........

The hull is straight and the epoxy finish is smooth. I just didn't like the color. the cowl suffered some minor dinks and dents in shipping so I smoothed them out and primed it.

is't intended for an 11 or 13cc outboard. I just don't have the time to complete it.

Asking $200 plus shipping

I live 40 miles west of Chicago and will consider driving to meet someone that wanted to pick it up..

pictures in my Gallery. can anyone help me figure out how to make a link to the gallery?

.................son of a gun, all this time I've had the thing I thought it was 44".

but, Mark, it musta shrunk a little :D ............ it measures 45 3/4" from sponson tip to sponson end.

46 5/8" if you count the motor mount.

Guess mine shrunk a bit also, 45 3/4" also  Must have been the door skin ply that was used to build the boats ;)

Walt, I've used 11cc and 13cc mods to run mine. Never had it radar'd or GPS, but it does run smooth. Never thought I'd see a big boat like that blow over, but have done it a few times :D

Mark,

I've seen 46' boats blow over.Anything's possable.

I'm looking forward to this one. It'll be fun and runable with a little chop when the little 21s are parked.

It's getting a 13 Pro Mod with a Lawless to start off. We'll have to see how the 13 air cooled head works.

Any experience with them?

Later

Hey Walt, you should throw a zenoah on it.... lots of guys, including myself, are building gas 1/4 scale tunnels...

Hmm.........

Is the boat big enough to handle the weight?

And is Fred selling the big Lawless lowers yet?

If so,that could be a good way to go.I'll have to do some searching

to see how they're rigged.

Are there any websites with info?

Thanks James.
