I PURCHASED A 42" SEDUCER AND I HAVE INSTALLED A REBUILT MAC 84 WITH A 84 PARABOLIC PIPE.

WHAT IS A GOOD PROP AND PIPE LENGTH?

THANKS HENRY

I don't remember my pipe lenght, but 10 1/2"-11" on the parabolic is about right. I have an X465 done up my Marh that I have yet to try since I tore down the hull for a retrofit of a meatal fuel tank and water ballast tank. The prop is a V cut and reduced X465 (62.56mm dia), 4.5" COB pitch and 6.9" cup. I have an X560 that works pretty well, too. With the MAC 84, you need to let it REV. My OPS 90 powered 'ducer would pull a full X465 easily (and an S40 in SAW trim).
