I am wondering what would be the best way to hook up rudder linkage on a 40 hydro. I used swivel ball links on my older Hawk and they seamed to work great, i didn't ever have a problem with them. My new boat I figured i would try some clevis's.... long story short I think these have way too much slop for me...

Would swivel ball links be the best way to go?

Please Help,

Paul

yes

clevises are to sloppy specially with high torque servo's for bigger boats.

just my opinon

Paul,

Swivel balls with a flat washer on top so it can NEVER pop off.

Thank You for the help guys..... I was planning on going back to the swivel ball today .... but really like the washer idea :)

Chris ...

Hope you decide to race again soon.... You are one of the people I really look forward to racing against.
