Hi Guys!
Looking at moving soon, gotta sell my little runabout.........
1966 Starcraft "Arrow". 14' fiberglass shallow vee with a dependable 40 hp electric start Johnson outboard.
About as simple as it can be....... White bottom with a faded turquoise deck, hull in good shape, plywood floor still good'n solid, new fuel tank, running lights work......... tach, speedometer, horn, drum-n-cable steering, updated seats( simple, but much better than a milk crate), good ( all be it used) battery, prop has been filed a few times but is not bent and mangled, keel has the typical scars that a 40 year old boat might have, hull has one very small tear well above the waterline.............
Tilt trailer is in good shape. re-wired and ready to go (I think one brake light lense needs to be replaced)
hitch, winch, and wheel bearings(with bearing buddies) in good shape.......... might want to think about new tires.........
I'll throw in the 5 or 6 life vests I have (including kids sizes), an emergency canoe paddle, and a new 12' telescopic dock pole.
This would make a great club recovery boat ( small, light, shallow draft, on trailer).
The Fox River is 6 blocks from my house...... come take a test drive.
asking $1200.00
Can be picked up in the west suburban Chicago area.
call if you like..... 847 - 741 - 0802 evenings, 847 - 341 - 0803 weekdays.
pics on request.
