That is a JYD (Jimmy Edelman) version of an Irwin quiet pipe. Jimmy ended up with Jim Irwin's ob pipe part of his business. An Irwin would have a threaded mounting lug on it, Jimmy's did not. Weld quality is not quite as "clean" as an Irwin also.
