21 rigger rudder length

how far below the rear sponson are you guys running your 21 rigger rudder

I have three 21 riggers and all rudders are different lengths. Surprise! Shortest is 1.25" and longest is 2.00". Depends on the hull and how much steering you want. Right rear sponson is my measuring point as all my rudders are on the right (starboard) side.
