Sorry I have not responded. The motors are brand new in the box with the seals unbroken.

The batch was produced in 2002 and it is the square purple head.

I have a few left and they will not last long at this price. I think that you will be hard pressed to find a new motor as strong and consistent at this price ($239.00 plus shipping)
