.21 mac and header price

What would be fair price for a GOOD used .21 mac and header?

I might be interested in one for a boat I am building.

I have new 3.5 k&B inboard that i was going to put in it but after a summer of running a 3.5 valvola i don't know if the k&B will cut it

and my buddy is running cmb's

What is the difference in the aluminum colored coolant jacket on the macs and the one with the blue coolant jacket ? Their age ?

To my knowledge, they were always blue. Some folks polish the blue anodizing off for some reason.

The very first bigger MAC's had silver heads. The 21 always had a blue head to my knowledge.

The one on ebay looks like the blue is polished off....They were always blue as far as I know....at least the ones I have ever seen.

That is the one i was interested in but unfortunately for me i did not know the difference in the head color and thought it may have been an old model.

I contacted him last night for more info.
