Attached are the 2013 IMPBA District II Gas and Nitro Scale Hydroplane registration forms, please copy and return to me asap. I will be at most D2 races, but if you need a registration card fast, I can send an e-mail proving you hull is registered. Remember that is up to the owner/builder to provide a photo(s) of the hull your building, showing color, hull design, graphics. I have a goos photo database but there any many others that also can help.
