2010 ODMBA 18th Annual Invitational, DIST 12 RACE #4

This is the fall shootout you don't want to miss! Old Dominion Model Boat Association has pulled out all the stops to make this one of the best races in the area this year. Tons of classes, and what I am most excited about, tons of FE classes including an OPEN FE 180 amp max ESC race where you can bring whatever hull, motor and batteries you want as long as a 180 amp max or small ESC is used. What are you bringing Mike? Gotta bring the spec tunnel. We havent run one of those in a district race yet. Would love to see Dick and James break out their FE tunnels.

Chili, I will be bringing my tunnels, and probably an 1/8th scale FE hydroplane if I can be intermixed with the Nitro guys. I need to ask Dick about that. I sold off a lot of my boats since I am working on getting big into the 1/8th scale hydro builds! Mike

My entry form as well as Johns went in to the mail today along with the replacement prop for Dick. You should get it NLT Tuesday.

Since the shoot out is a demo class, I signed John up for novice and the shoot out so he can get more heat practice. Hope thats cool.

So...what's going to be run in the shootout? Can I enter my Rigged Insanity outrigger? It will be setup just like the P-Spec/ B-Hydro class...

The shootout rules are electric powered. Any hull, motor, battery, and controller (Controller must be rated at 180amps or less).

I have my Sport 40 prop on the anvil right now, puttin in some more "zing" just in case!!!! he he! i might even break out my E Mono, OPS 67 powered Micro Burst. Been a long time since i raced it. It drives really nice and is faaaaaaaast! James Beasley - Go ARMY Strong!
