2002 Internats

Well racers we made it back.. I still have a ton of stuff to complete but thought i would drop you a line.

The River City Race club did a super job. The race site was top notch and the racers were all cool. The people that ran the race were hard working and on the mark.

I met new freinds and got to shake hands with old ones..

Team Power Surge did me proud..

Big Bryons Ninja was the boat to beat but i got lucky and grabbed the title.

My mod tunnel was on fire (thanks Rod for a killer tunnel motor) I played to soft in time trials and Erine L took US-1.. I kept thinking about the mistake i made in 99 and i was not going to repete that one..

How about that a K+B wins heat racing!!! "NUTS"

In stock the villain gave the racers someting to think about. Villains took 4 out of the top 6 spots.

My old trusty water motor (same one that won in 2000, piston, liner, bearings and all) was fat the hole day but sill ran fast.

I do think that motor should be away for the next internats..

Hey! Big congrats from Japan.

I saw the result page that Tom posted. That place where you raced must be a boaters dream.

I'm still thinking about the Villian. They don't have a Tunnel class here in Japan yet. A lot of guys at the pond have tunnels, though. Maybe we can get something going if a few more of us get involved.
