1987 Star Wars Miller American 1/8 scale

I'm planning to finish my 1/8 scale Miller American U00. The 1987 APBA Gold Cup boat that was nick named Star Wars because of the canopy. The hull was constructed using Roger Newton Plans.

Can anyone provide me with the color number of the red used on this hull? It's a single shade of red not like the U1 where there are 3 shades of red.

I need a good source for decals.

What are the engines of choice for running 1/8 scale nitro?

Any help on the above would be appreciated.
