No, they are not the same boat. The 1986 pringles U-8 started out as the 84-85 Executone. (New, hull # 8408). 82 Atlas is hull #8200. As a model though they are very close and both hulls fall into the parameters of the 10% rule variance.

Thanks, finally found the Hull Register on the R/C Unlimiteds Site.........According to Rogers plan sheets, the plan #137 builds quite a few boats, but like you have stated they both fall within the 10% rule.....
