Hi All,

I'm selling my 1979 Circus Circus 1/8th scale. The hull could use a little finishing (cockpit, cowl mount, wing mount), but is perfectly runable in it's current condition. I can sell the hull either ready to run, or if it doesn't sell RTR, I will part it out. The following link will show some of the rehab I did to the center section and riding surfaces:

http://www.intlwaters.com/index.php?showtopic=59286&hl=circus

Since the internal rehab, the hull was completely repainted by Larry Hottenstein (RC Painter). I recently moved and during the trip there was a minor scuff to the paint, which is shown in one of the pics. Otherwise, the paint job is a 9 out of 10.

The engine is a CMB green head modded by Steve Woods and has less than 2 gallons of fuel run through. The turnfin, strut, and rudder are Accu-Tech. The motor mount is a mix of homemade and Speedmaster and could be a little more robust... easy adjustment.

RTR (less RX/TX) - $1,100 + shipping

Or, part out as follows:

Hull w/hardware (no engine, exhaust, prop) - $600 + shipping

Engine w/collet - $450 shipped to lower 48

CMB quiet pipe with header - $90 shipped to lower 48 (8 5/8" to the weld)

Spare Header - $20 shipped to lower 48

457/3 Props 4 You - $45 shipped to lower 48

Please keep the communication in this thread exclusively. Payment via Paypal (gift or add 3%) or money order.

If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to ask.

I'm interested in the hull with running hardware. What can you tell me about the boat?

Shipping price to 59484

Hi Joey,

What specifically are you looking to know? If you visit the link provided in the original post, it will take you to a small rehab I did to the mid section and a little more history about the hull.

Otherwise, it's structurally 100% sound with no separation at seams or rotting. The paint job was done by a highly regarded professional painter with automotive grade paint and clear.

I will look into shipping costs tomorrow and will let you know.

Hope his helps.

Hi All,

With no interest in the hull RTR, I'll part out as follows:

Hull w/hardware - $500 + shipping

CMB .67 green head Engine w/collet - $450 shipped to lower 48 (engine is in excellent condition - Modded by Steve Woods)

CMB quiet pipe with header - $90 shipped to lower 48 (8 5/8" to the weld)

Spare Header - $20 shipped to lower 48.... if you buy the above pipe I'll throw in the extra header.

I've decided to keep the prop.

Any questions, please let me know.

Hellooooo again, All.
The guy that wanted this boat RTR now can't come up with the funds, so it's back up for sale.

Chris, a message has been sent to you regarding the pipe since you were the first to say you wanted it. Please let me know if you're still interested.

Hull with hardware - $500 + shipping or best reasonable offer

Steve Woods modified CMB greenhead .67 - $450 shipped or best reasonable offer... comes with the collet

Thanks,

Dean

Hi Sam,

I'm honestly not positive what he does to the internals, but it was massaged specifically for scale. The engine is a runner and has minimal run time on it.
