Hi, I think your best bet is to email Roger Newton and ask him first, He the first one that came in my mind, and he helps to restore the boats. His website is www.NewtonMarine.com. And you my want to try www.ClassicThunder.org. They are into 1/10 scale electric hydroplanes modeled after the real ones and they look fantastic, Iam sure someone over there will help you.
