.187 flex cable s/tube Qs.

Hey Guys,

When using .187 flex cable in a straight brass stuffing tube (no Teflon) what size tubing do you use?

7/32 for the bushing, 1/4 for the stuffing tube, and 9/32 for the thru hull tube.

Hi Preston,

I kinda figured the 1/4 was going to be it, thanks. I tried the cable in the 7/32 but there was very little play. OTOH the 1/4 seemed sloppy. Bummer is I have some thicker walled stuff that's some where in between those 2 sizes that's perfect (maybe metric) but I only have 10 inches of it.
