What size boat do these kits build?

These are 5" tub Gas riggers. This kit could also be used to custom build a 60-90 nitro rigger by tweeking with the sponson and tub widths.

Do the kits come with cowl, any running harware, stuffing tube, etc? If I wanted one and all I get is the kit where would I buy the needed equipment to finish the boat? And this is a gas rigger kit correct?

Yes, gas rigger. I can set you up with all you need or you can get the items you need from any dealer here on the fourms. Parts need to complete the boat are all over.
