1/8th Scale Strut Needed

Hi Guys,

I need to replace my strut for my 67 CMB powered U-3 and was looking to get the same one that was in the boat currently. I didn't build the boat so I'm not sure where he got the strut. Does anyone know what make this is or where I can get the same part for replacement?

Also, I lost the thrust washers and am wondering if anyone knows where I can get the thicker, white teflon spacers. Local hobby store only had thin, black plastic washers for between the metal ones.
