1/4-20 female ,female, 5/8x5/8 lord mount(rubber type)

Ron, I agree. Dont see them there. They do have male to female in 5/8x5/8 - 96905K37

Ron, the smallest I've ever found available is 1/2 x 1 in 1/4/20.......

I use the 1/2 x 5/8 and use a shim the thread is 8x32

I use the 1/2 x 5/8 and use a shim the thread is 8x32
