macs 1160/ 10cc aero pipe

Looking for new or like new Macs 1160 (10 cc aero pipe) and Rum racing or Prather muffler(.45 size). No junk or cut down pipe. The 1160 is 13 1/8" long and 1.61" diameter at largest part. Thanks, Glenn
