21 rigger

Hi I have a 21 rigger I acquired sometime back. It has Screaming Eagle embossed on the front. After searching Google and IW is this a PHM boat? I can't find any photos to compare the rigger to. Any help would be appreciated. As a side note, would it be worth completing and drop a MAC 21 CMB...

Two riggers, both ready to run less tran and rec. Yellow one has CMB 21 VAC, 2nd one near new OPS 80 with custom tanks (i know lots of motor for a 21) $600 each, will split up the 80.
